Will my ELx808 or PowerWave 340 work with plates that are not 96-wells?
The ELx808 and PowerWave 340 readers are designed with 8 optical channels, designed to read 96-well plates only. The equivalent single-channel readers are the ELx800 and PowerWave XS. These readers, as well as BioTek’s Synergy 2 and Synergy 4 Multi-Mode Readers can read plates from 6- to 1536-wells, depending on the configuration.
